Where are you located?
Currently we are located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
How long will it take to get my piece?
Typically shipping will be in 1-2 business days and ship via UPS.
When you say only 25 of any design will be made, what does that mean?
By design we mean the combination of the shape of the product, design etched onto the wood/leather, color of the leather, type of inlay etc. In the future we may make a bag with perhaps a similar laser etched design but use a different wood, or different color leather or different shape, but no matter what your design will be only one of 25 ever made to that specification, numbered, and certified right on the design.
Are all the bags made by hand?
Yes, these bags are not made in a mass produced factory on huge machines in a foreign country with cheap labor. These are all hand made in the U.S.A. To get the perfect carve the wood is done on small internally made/designed CNC routers and laser etchers, and then the wood is hand crafted for each purse. The leather is then cut by hand and the purse is assembled and stitched by hand.
Why does the sales page say out of stock for so many items?
Only 25 bags of each style will ever be made, and they are made is small batches starting with “1 of 25”. When most of those designs are sold, another set of bags will be made and the posted as available on the site. If none are avaialb they are in production and will soon be available. If you are interested in a particular bag and it says sold out, please use the contact form to reach out to us and we can let you know when they will be available.
What kind of leather is used for these bags?
We use a variety of leather but most of it is vegetable or chrome tanned leather. We try to use the best sources we can find to make a product that will last for years and be truly unique. In each bag description it will say where the leather originated from.
I want a specific number bag, is it possible to get that number?
Yes, if that number bag has not been produced and sold yet, please reach out via our contact form to request it. It will be made to order, and then placed on line for purchase.
Why are the bags so expensive?
Every bag is made by hand. We have no desire to mass produce hundreds of thousands of bags that you will see everywhere. Each design is made with care by hand for a truly limited and unique look.
